Super professional! These people know their business. The hardware is robust and state of the art. I audit security as part of my job so I knew what I was doing when I had them set my system up. I was going to get the installer to install the outside camera that I'm going to have to buy because I do not have a doorbell. I know some alarm businesses have doorbells where you don't have to have a doorbell connected to your house. I was given three different prices. When I talked with that supervisor she went to the Head supervisor to see if we could get the lowest price that they had gave me or have it waived and I was told that the head supervisor could not wave anything first time customer you really made me satisfied. I canceled my contract and asked to have my money refund. I went through three different people not counting the supervisor or the or the head manager as a first-time buyer. If I had to go through this kind of hassle being a new time customer on me what would I go by having their services!

Great customer support but mediocre product. I recently bought a house and the previous owners setup Vivint Smart Home all over the house which I had to take over the contract. The hardware itself is not bad but the panel/system is inconsistent. Sometimes it locks the doors and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I can lock a door from my phone app and sometimes I can't. If you do call support they do answer and the staff is pretty friendly so no complaint there but the actual product could use a lot of improvements. It's inconsistent and and could be optimized

The customer service was very professional. The first rep I spoke to was courteous and patient and answered all of my questions. The tech that did my installation was exceptional. He explained everything in great detail and then installed the equipment. Once the installation was completed he took the time to explain what was installed, walked me through how to use everything and did all the final paperwork. The young man that did the installation was very professional, punctual, courteous and patient. This was a very positive experience.

The wall control panel (Hub) is a great feature - can access everything - easy to read and use. Same with the phone app - can see and control everything. Especially like the keypad door locks - which can be set to disarm the system when you arrive home and unlock the door to enter - unlock door and disarm system in one step. Very nice. Also like the battery back up and cellular connection (Nice when internet and/or electric is down).

I had issues with my self installed security camera not getting enough power so I called Vivint Smart Home. Their technician Samuel replaced an old transformer and had it up and running within minutes. He also installed an additional cameras and a smart home app on my phone to control and monitor everything from anywhere. His work was extremely professional and he was very patient with barrage of questions. I also appreciated the next communications both to confirm the appointment and to let me know when they were in route. I would not hesitate to go back to Vivint Smart Home for any future installations.

We ordered a lot of stuff online and it's nice to know exactly when it's delivered and who is delivering it. We've had some instance of "package pirating" in the area it's nice to know that we are safeguarding our deliveries.

Last holiday season, we fell victim to "porch pirates". Lost a couple of holiday gifts to a thief. My new cam system should prevent those problems, as it will alert me when someone is approaching my door and, if necessary, I'll be able to communicate with them via speaker.

The majority of the experience has been good. I have had a few issues with the corporate monitoring people. Also the equipment seems to be be fairly cheaply made. The cameras are not the best quality. I have constant issues with them. Not a complete fan of it yet

Our Vivint installation exceeded expectations. Coming from four years of FrontPoint Security, I can confidently say Vivint is a major upgrade. Our install tech was early to the appointment. He didn't need much direction during the install. But when I did interact with him, he was courteous and pleasant. He even came back a second time to relocate a motion sensor, free of charge.

I have had a positive experience with Vivint. The salesperson and technician were both very professional. I really enjoy the automation of the system by taking advantage of the automation of the system arming and disarming. The system arms and disarms itself at the programmed times. I rarely have to use the control panel.

My wife and I love this security system. When I called to order the equipment and set up installation, the person in the phone was very helpful and patient. He helped me figure out what I needed and wanted for equipment and service. No hard sales tactics, which was nice. Installation technician was great and did a beautiful job. The cameras, thermostat, motion detector etc looks seamless with our house. The tech was also helpful in showing me and my 12 year old how it all works. We are on our 3rd month with Vivint and are still very happy with them. Had one problem with our front yard camera, it went offline at 1130 pm. I got ahold of a customer service rep right away via instant message on their website. She also was very helpful and understanding and stayed with me until we finished resetting the main panel, this was in the middle of the night!! I highly recommend Vivint to all our family and friends. Kudos to everyone at Vivint, keep up the good work!

We updated our Alarm system and Vivint was recommended to us. We love the upgrades to our system including a camera doorbell and exterior cameras. When we had a false alarm, the call from Vivint monitoring was received quickly. I love the peace of mind I have whether home or away. The installer was very professional and took time to explain all of the features of my new system. I had an issue with one of the cameras and Vivint had service scheduled for the next day. Best of all, they tied into my existing hard wire system so now my home is protected on the perimeter, with glass breaks and video monitoring (thru my phone). If you are looking for a new alarm company I highly recommend Vivint.

The equipment is easy to use, and the technician was very informative, friendly and patient! A rare quality these days. The installation was fast and professional looking.No unnecessary wires or hole in the walls and the installer actually cleaned up before he left!Great service and customer service. Going to get it for my house now that I’ve got it at the business. A1!
