Very impressed with Vivint. Within a day they were able to come and install my home alarm system. The two gentlemen I dealt with were wonderful, and answered all of my questions. Everything was explained thoroughly, so I was able to use my new security system with ease. The app is awesome and simple to use also. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable security system.
Although it took a little time to get completely set up, our Vivint installer was patient with my questions, troubleshot his concerns with our current wiring, and helped us to understand the WHY of his every action. And he took the time to make sure we knew how to work and program the system before leaving us alone to it. I love that our security system is easily managed from my phone.
Love our Vivint security system. Its user friendly and also they have an exceptional customer service that are there to help you 24/7. The installers that installed our system have all been great and they went through the setup and what we needed to know.
