Jonah and Josh did a great job walking us through the process. The system is easy to use and I love having the app that allows me to set/disarm the alarm while away, see who is ringing the doorbell (while home or away) and be more energy efficient by programming the thermostat.
I'd been using their systems well before at client's home, and after a string of incidents around our neighborhood I decided it was time to get our own. WOW. I couldn't be happier. The tech who came and installed it was fabulous. He was super friendly and REALLY fast. He walked us through the whole system, gave us his number in case something happened and gave us a courtesy call the next day t make sure everything was still ok. I ended up calling support after a few days because I couldn't figure out the thermostat (It's a fancy digital one haha we had the old old school one) Support had me set up and done within 5 minutes and we were all set! The price is super reasonable compared to other companies too!
We had Michael install our new system, he was very knowledgeable and had some great advise. He set us up and reviewed everything with us before leaving. Our new touchscreen system is an upgraded version of our previous one and is much more user friendly with more options available right from the control panel. I love the automatic sensing to recognize when no one is home, even if we didn’t arm before leaving. It will adjust temperature accordingly. I would recommend Vivint to anyone not sure which system to choose.
