I am very happy all the way around from first meeting of Corbin the sales representative and Katlynn the installer.Everyone was very professional and respectful. I am excited to use and have the Vivint system. The system seems to do everything and easy to operate to feel safe. The only thing I was unhappy about was my garage door opener didn’t or couldn’t match up with the equipment so I didn’t get the openerThanks for the positive experience

This system is very good. It is a through system. It covers my garage both doors and a video doorbell. I really liked the thoroughness the installer did. And I have cameras that will alert me if someone comes. They also make a sound too.

Sales was good and installer was good. I choose to cancel as it was to much for budget and I don't need a monitored service. Cancelling has been difficult over a holiday weekend and I am still waiting on a call to scheduled the equipment pick up. trusting this will go well; however, I have my reservations. SO I would recommend NOT doing a trail first when sales offers this as they have little control once they leave the premises. Over all the system is user friendly and the sales/installers seem to be excellent. The customer service is hard to understand and I don't think they are located in Utah?

Taran (salesman) was very cordial, courteous, and full of information in providing us with what we might need. He was quick to answer any questions that we had.Woody (installation tech) was quick and agile in getting the installation done in a timely manner. This is despite my having constant conversation with him while he was working. He definitely demonstrated excellent multitasking skills all while I was pestering him with numerous questions and including conversations on other matters. He simply kept answering and moving along while I talked. LOL!Two great guys that represented Vivint in an excellent and outstanding manner! Not to mention that the system is great in very way as well! Thanks for the great service!

Sean with Vivint came out and stayed until everything was perfect. He meticulously angled cameras and hid all the wires. His work is superb. Sean made sure I understood how the new system worked, answered any questions, and assured me that he would be my contact for any future work done on the security system. My home and family are very well secured. Peace of mind is worth every penny!

Super professional! These people know their business. The hardware is robust and state of the art. I audit security as part of my job so I knew what I was doing when I had them set my system up. I was going to get the installer to install the outside camera that I'm going to have to buy because I do not have a doorbell. I know some alarm businesses have doorbells where you don't have to have a doorbell connected to your house. I was given three different prices. When I talked with that supervisor she went to the Head supervisor to see if we could get the lowest price that they had gave me or have it waived and I was told that the head supervisor could not wave anything first time customer you really made me satisfied. I canceled my contract and asked to have my money refund. I went through three different people not counting the supervisor or the or the head manager as a first-time buyer. If I had to go through this kind of hassle being a new time customer on me what would I go by having their services!

16:38 01 Sep 22
Great customer support but mediocre product. I recently bought a house and the previous owners setup Vivint Smart Home all over the house which I had to take over the contract. The hardware itself is not bad but the panel/system is inconsistent. Sometimes it locks the doors and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I can lock a door from my phone app and sometimes I can't. If you do call support they do answer and the staff is pretty friendly so no complaint there but the actual product could use a lot of improvements. It's inconsistent and and could be optimized

So far the system is working great. The customer service Hunter and Chris provided was amazing and they were so informative about any question we had. My family and I felt very well taken care of by both of them and they never tried too upsale any products and truly catered to our needs. They listened as I was voicing my concerns about safety and came up with the best package for us. We are very happy with the company as a whole and we HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. The wall control panel (Hub) is a great feature - can access everything - easy to read and use. Same with the phone app - can see and control everything. Especially like the keypad door locks - which can be set to disarm the system when you arrive home and unlock the door to enter - unlock door and disarm system in one step. Very nice. Also like the battery back up and cellular connection (Nice when internet and/or electric is down).

Vivint Smart Home is a great company. Customer service is top notch. Jose was excellent calling me and letting me know when my technician would arrive. After experiencing a problem over the weekend where several technical problems were affecting my system, Alexander, my technician was able to assess the problem quickly and restore my home security system to normal. Again, excellent customer service on both sides.

Excellent experience with the Vivint Smart Home team - first they made the extra effort to come out to my place even though a little further than they would usually travel and then did a really great job given one of my home security cameras had wiring issues. I was ready to just tear it off the wall but they stayed patient and got the job done. Highly recommend.

The quality of customer service I received recently was unparalleled. After having difficulty arming my alarm system, I called in after hours and spoke with an on-call technician; I believe his name was Aaron. The next day he even called to follow up with me just to be sure I was comfortable and not having any other issues. We just had a home security system installed this week and could not be happier with how the installation went start to finish. Gabriel was able to do the building check from the exterior, and his original quote over the phone was what the ending price was, and he never tried to up sell, to make an extra buck or two. The two home security installers Gabriel and Isaac arrived on time, worked patiently to solve an issue where the main panel was going to go due to our older house, and worked together in a professional and respectful manner while doing the installation.

My new smart lock system automatically locks my doors at the same set time every night. With teenagers and guests coming and going frequently, I had been noticing that we sometimes left our doors unlocked at night. Not a good idea. We feel secure in knowing that our doors are always locked at night.

Like the fact that my new smart lock system allows me to lock and unlock doors from the next room...or, for that matter, the next state.

My home security cam system allows me to view inside and outside my home at any time. I also like the 2-way talk system which allows me to talk to people inside my home or outside my door. Kylie and Hayden were very helpful in presenting me with some options and then installing the system. I love my new security system.

My new security system has sensors which will alert me any time there is a water, smoke, fire, or carbon monoxide problem in my home. We're away from home a lot and it's nice to know that we are safeguarding our home, even when we are away.

Like the fact that they have customer support 24/7/365. I've had to contact them once regarding an emergency and couple of other times when I wasn't sure how my system worked and they are always there and helpful.

Really like the Vivint Smart Home App. It allows me to control my home security system from wherever I am. I can monitor my cams, operate my smart locks, and adjust my thermostat from my phone. It's all so easy.

In the course of purchasing my new home security system and having it installed, I think I met everyone there..Oscar, Emma, Aidan, and Gavin. They were all great to work with. And I take comfort in knowing that I've done all I can to protect my home and family.

Our new smart locks allow us to enter our house without having to find our keys. I's not only great for my wife and I, it's also great for our kids, who previously lost keys more than once.

One thing I like about the Ping cam system is that it is unobtrusive...my house doesn't have to look like Fort Knox with visible cameras all over the place. Thanks Hunter and Logan.

Our Neighbor unfortunately had a fire that did some severe damage to their home. Thankfully, everyone was safe. My Vivint system would have alerted me of any smoke immediately and I'm thinking that we would have been able to prevent the same disaster that my neighbors experienced.

I run a small business from my home and we have a lot of incoming and outgoing packages. Love our new doorbell cam. We can see who is at the door and we can speak to them through the doorbell cam.

We own a spacious home and their Ping indoor camera system allows me to see what's going on all over the house as it happens. With some young grandkids occasionally roaming the house, it's nice to know that I can check in on them without having to physically track them down all the time.

Since I've been able to control the temperature in my home from anywhere, I've conserved energy and saved some money on my utility bills. I really like my new smart thermometer.

I've been working at home instead of in the office these days and their Ping camera allows me to see what's going on with my toddler in the other room. It's nice to be able to check on her without always having to go to her room.

Unfortunately, we've had a rash of burglaries in our neighborhood and we weren't feeling as secure as we did before. They recommended a system which addressed all of our concerns. Now if we have any outside activity near our home, including at night, we are alerted immediately. Our outside cam system is able to capture a photo of anyone approaching our home.

My wife and I were getting ready to go to Europe for three weeks and we had some security concerns. Called these folks and they were able to install a home security system within a matter of days. One less thing we'll have to worry about when we are in Europe. Worked with Kevin and Diego there. They were great.

Great company to work with. they hooked up us with a new doorbell cam which is a lot more subtle than a regular outdoor cam. We ordered a lot of stuff online and it's nice to know exactly when it's delivered and who is delivering it. We've had some instance of "package pirating" in the area it's nice to know that we are safeguarding our deliveries.

Last holiday season, we fell victim to "porch pirates". Lost a couple of holiday gifts to a thief. My new cam system should prevent those problems, as it will alert me when someone is approaching my door and, if necessary, I'll be able to communicate with them via speaker.

Unfortunately, we were victims to an in-home burglary about a year ago. That prompted us to install a new Vivint home security system. The people at Vinint were great in explaining what our options were before we purchased. And after they installed our new system, they made sure we knew exactly how everything worked. Thanks Hunter and Hayden.

With teenagers coming and going at all times of the day, I don't know how many times i woke up in the morning to find the doors unlocked. those days are now gone. With our new smart lock system , we have it set so the doors automatically lock at the same time every night.

I like my alarm service. The sales person over the phone was helpful. The technician that installed the system was knowledgeable and efficient. Pricing was competitive and better value than other alarm companies. System was easy to use and configure.

The majority of the experience has been good. I have had a few issues with the corporate monitoring people. Also the equipment seems to be be fairly cheaply made. The cameras are not the best quality. I have constant issues with them. Not a complete fan of it yet

Our Vivint installation exceeded expectations. Coming from four years of FrontPoint Security, I can confidently say Vivint is a major upgrade. Our install tech was early to the appointment. He didn't need much direction during the install. But when I did interact with him, he was courteous and pleasant. He even came back a second time to relocate a motion sensor, free of charge.

I have had a positive experience with Vivint. The salesperson and technician were both very professional. I really enjoy the automation of the system by taking advantage of the automation of the system arming and disarming. The system arms and disarms itself at the programmed times. I rarely have to use the control panel.

My wife and I love this security system. When I called to order the equipment and set up installation, the person in the phone was very helpful and patient. He helped me figure out what I needed and wanted for equipment and service. No hard sales tactics, which was nice. Installation technician was great and did a beautiful job. The cameras, thermostat, motion detector etc looks seamless with our house. The tech was also helpful in showing me and my 12 year old how it all works. We are on our 3rd month with Vivint and are still very happy with them. Had one problem with our front yard camera, it went offline at 1130 pm. I got ahold of a customer service rep right away via instant message on their website. She also was very helpful and understanding and stayed with me until we finished resetting the main panel, this was in the middle of the night!! I highly recommend Vivint to all our family and friends. Kudos to everyone at Vivint, keep up the good work!

We updated our Alarm system and Vivint was recommended to us. We love the upgrades to our system including a camera doorbell and exterior cameras. When we had a false alarm, the call from Vivint monitoring was received quickly. I love the peace of mind I have whether home or away. The installer was very professional and took time to explain all of the features of my new system. I had an issue with one of the cameras and Vivint had service scheduled for the next day. Best of all, they tied into my existing hard wire system so now my home is protected on the perimeter, with glass breaks and video monitoring (thru my phone). If you are looking for a new alarm company I highly recommend Vivint.
