Everyone I delt with from the time I signed up to the time everything was installed were very friendly. The sales people were very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. The system is great. We love that we are able to check in at anytime with our doorbell camera and camera we have on the house. It gives us piece of mine when we are gone away for a weekend or just at work to know we can check in and see of anythong is wrong.
I had a very positive experience with this team. They took the time to visit my home and walked me through the entire process step by step. The installation was thorough and professional and made sure I am all set! I’d recommend Vivint over it’s competitors because of great service, great hardware/software experience.
